When I am not working, you can find me fishing or traveling. My record for the largest shark caught thus far was a 325-pound hammerhead but we’ll see what 2022 brings.

Nichole has had years of experience with a successful track record performing administrative and IT duties in high volume and pressure environments. She ensures smooth sailing within the firm as well as making sure all clients are 100% satisfied. 

If Nichole isn’t working you can find her in two places: Outdoors either hiking, camping, or skiing, or with her little bundle of joy.  Nichole recently had a baby girl in June of 2021 and she is quite the family blessing. Nichole’s dream is to live in Montana on a small farm and raise kiddos!

Katlin has had years of experience implementing structure within a multitude of industries by creating standard operating procedures, training programs, and is highly data-driven to ensure the best decisions and results. Katlin supports the leaders within the firm assisting clients by building structure and achieving success. 

If Katlin isn’t working you can find her in two places: You will likely find her riding her Harley on country backroads, or exploring the mountains (mountain biking, fishing). She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and of course anything that involves sunshine!
